I’ve been scammed

If you believe you’ve been scammed and perhaps had personal information stolen, such as bank details or computer passwords, please immediately report it to Action Fraud, either using their online reporting tool or by calling 0300 123 2040 (Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm).

Citizens Advice provide information to help you if you’ve been scammed, including what to do next, how to protect yourself from further risks and how to check if you can get your money back. You can also call their consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
