Colwall Community Hub

The Colwall Community Hub, is open to all and welcomes everyone in the community.

We are a friendly group of like-minded people, who want to make a difference in the lives of others, through socialisation to help build a strong, resilient and sustainable local community.

We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at Colwall Community Church between 2-4pm. We also stay connected through the:

  • Colwall Notice Board private Facebook group
  • Village notice boards
  • Colwall Clock parish magazine

Talk Community Hub

We have recently joined the Talk Community Hub network and look forward to creating new opportunities in our community, to help connect and signpost people to the information and support we need on our doorstep. We have some ideas, but would very much like to hear your ideas too.

Our vision for the future is to make a difference in the community.

A few ways we do this, include:

  • Helping people to find sources of help using the Talk Community Directory website
  • Combating loneliness through our welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Arranging activities, such as litter picking and games nights
  • Linking together the existing groups in our village
  • Supporting the local food bank
  • Having fun
  • We do not provide care related services, personal support such as assistance with shopping or enablement in the home. As such we can't accept referrals of this nature, individuals requiring these services will be signposted to local care providers or appropriate council/social/health services.
