Mental Health Awareness Week 2022
05 May 2022
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May), with the theme of loneliness.
Loneliness can affect people of all ages, at different parts of their lives for a variety of reasons, and it can really impact their health and wellbeing.
But it can especially impact young adults, older people, and people who may be vulnerable.
Talk Community are raising awareness to help people get connected to overcome loneliness. That even if you feel like it now, you are not alone – there’s help available.
If you or someone you know is feeling lonely, it’s really important to reach out and get the help you need.
There’s lots of advice, information, and links to support over on our dedicated loneliness awareness page and mental health and wellbeing page.
