Herefordshire Community Wellbeing Survey

29 December 2022

Talk Community at Herefordshire Council have launched a survey to find out how we can best support you and your community.

The survey is being undertaken by DJS Research, who are acting on behalf of Talk Community at Herefordshire Council.  DJS Research will be contacting a representative sample of residents via telephone and face to face, between January and March 2023, on behalf of Herefordshire Council / Talk Community, to invite them to participate in the survey.

The survey will consist of a series of questions and will take no more than 20 minutes and will be conducted under the Market Research Society Rules guaranteeing anonymity. This means that all responses will be confidential and no information that can identify individuals will be passed to any other organisation without the permission of the person taking part in the survey.

DJS Research employees will not ask for financial details and people are reminded to never give out bank details over the telephone.

Through Talk Community, Herefordshire Council work in partnership with Herefordshire residents, businesses, community groups, and others whose support is instrumental to enable people and their families to lead healthy and independent lives within their communities.

To support this work, we want to refresh our understanding of Herefordshire’s diverse communities, including residents’ perceptions about how resilient they are and how they currently use their local area and interact in their communities.

Thank you in advance for taking part.

If you have any concerns about the telephone survey you can contact the council's customer services team by calling 01432 260000 or by email info@herefordshire.gov.uk
