Top Tips

  • See your doctor or midwife as soon as you find out you are pregnant.
  • Look after yourself and your baby. Follow the advice of your midwife and doctor to keep you and your baby healthy
  • Think about your birth plan and discuss with your midwife. This will give you the chance to ask questions and find out more about what happens in labour.
