What does health and wellbeing in Herefordshire mean to you?

09 November 2022

Herefordshire’s Health and Wellbeing Board has a duty to work together to improve the health and wellbeing of all of the county’s residents. As part of this, the board is required to produce a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy that identifies priorities for local action.

A number of potential priorities have been identified from information that’s already available about the issues that are most affecting the health and wellbeing of Herefordshire residents.

Alongside running a number of targeted focus-groups, residents are also being asked to complete a simple questionnaire to give their views on the improvements they think the board should concentrate on. The feedback will help inform the content of the next health and wellbeing strategy which is due to be published in 2023.

For more information and to share your views and ideas, see: www.herefordshire.gov.uk/hwbs

The survey will be available until Sunday 11 December 2022.

Please feel free to share this survey through your networks and display this poster at your venue.
