Our Community Support Surgery is a free monthly drop-in service, where you can access support and advice from a range of different organisations, including Leominster Food Bank and Money Advice Connect Centre, Leominster Town Council, Stonewater and West Mercia Police Safer Neighbourhood Team.

Our hub surgeries take place once a month on a Thursday from 1pm to 2.30pm.  We will also have people on hand to support and provide information and advice, along with signposting to different services and activities in the local area.

As this is a drop-in service, there's no need to book an appointment.  We look forward to welcoming you to our next surgeries in 2022 (20 January, 17 February, 17 March, 14 April and 19 May), Covid restrictions permitting.

Our Talk Community hub takes place in our boardroom area, with access to a desktop computer, and information leaflets about Talk Community Hereford.  We also have a newly refurbished, accessible kitchen area complete with a coffee table and comfortable chairs to relax on. The hub takes place on Mondays from 10am to 3pm.

When you come along, we ask that you enter the ECHO Shop and ask to be shown to the Talk Community hub.  Please help yourself to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a biscuit at any point during your visit.  Our friendly team of staff and volunteers will be around to help – please just ask us.  We can help you to access wellbeing information and find out about services, groups and activities across the county – or simply have a chat.

You are welcome to have a look around our ECHO Shop while you are here, which has some fantastic craft goods, products from our social enterprise projects to include weaving and furniture, as well as a large stock of sewing and haberdashery items.
