Our Community Support Surgery is a free monthly drop-in service, where you can access support and advice from a range of different organisations, including Leominster Food Bank and Money Advice Connect Centre, Leominster Town Council, Stonewater and West Mercia Police Safer Neighbourhood Team.

Our hub surgeries take place once a month on a Thursday, from 1pm to 2.30pm, at the Barons Cross Community Room, Portna Way in Leominster.  We will also have people on hand to support and provide information and advice, along with signposting to different services and activities in the local area.

As this is a drop-in service, there's no need to book an appointment.  We look forward to welcoming you to our next surgeries:

ECHO Herefordshire

Our Talk Community hub takes place in our boardroom area, with access to a desktop computer, and information leaflets about Talk Community Hereford.  We also have a newly refurbished, accessible kitchen area complete with a coffee table and comfortable chairs to relax on. The hub takes place on Mondays from 10am to 3pm.

When you come along, we ask that you enter the ECHO Shop and ask to be shown to the Talk Community hub.  Please help yourself to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a biscuit at any point during your visit.  Our friendly team of staff and volunteers will be around to help – please just ask us.  We can help you to access wellbeing information and find out about services, groups and activities across the county – or simply have a chat.

You are welcome to have a look around our ECHO Shop while you are here, which has some fantastic craft goods, products from our social enterprise projects to include weaving and furniture, as well as a large stock of sewing and haberdashery items.

Pop along to our latest Talk Community Hub at Leintwardine Community Library, where you can learn about support, activities, campaigns and services in your local area and across the county, by accessing the Talk Community Directory on the library computers, situated on the desktop and with the help of our friendly volunteers! 

This hub will open on Tuesdays 1 – 4:30pm throughout April then from May the opening hours will be:

Tuesdays, 10am – 1.30pm

Thursdays 1 – 4:30pm

First and third Saturdays of the month 10am – 12pm

Alongside our twice weekly food bank, our friendly volunteers are available via phone, every Tuesday and Friday from 11am to 12pm, to help you access wellbeing information and provide signposting to local and countywide support, services, groups and activities.

Food share: Every Wednesday and Saturday at 2pm, to help support residents in the local community.

We’re proud to be a Talk Community Hub, to be a part of bringing people together and helping people connect to their local services and groups in their community.

Our hub here at Halo's Leominster Leisure Centre, is somewhere you can come along to, to access information to support your wellbeing and independence, and find out what's on in your local area.  We have free internet access and a laptop here for you to use. There’s free hot drinks, water and biccies too.

You’ll have free access to our fantastic JumpInGym as part of our hub. JumpInGym gives your children the chance to play, learn and explore in a super soft safe environment, with accessible facilities.  The beauty of JumpInGym is you get to supervise in comfort, while your children get to enjoy their own mini workout and have heaps of fun.

Our weekly social hub takes place on Thursdays from 1pm to 2.30pm.  Come and along and join us.

Our hub is a welcoming, safe space providing hot drinks and toast (there's no charge). 

We're here and cater for all ages, with a children’s corner and a creative area.  There's also jigsaw puzzles, magazines and friendly conversation.  We can support with signposting to services and events throughout the county, using the Talk Community Directory. 

Our welcoming hub is run by community volunteers for the community.  

Our hub meets every Monday at Weobley Methodist Church from 09:00am to 12:30pm.

Yarpole Talk Community Hub

The Yarpole Talk Community Hub is all about Coffee, Cake, Chat and Company (the 4C's).  The hub sessions are held at the Yarpole Parish Hall on the 4th Friday of each month, from 11am to 12pm.  

Please join us if you would like to meet a friendly group for a relaxing session in good company.  Our friendly volunteers can also help you access information and signpost you to activities, groups and services within the local community.

Transport can be arranged if needed to the 4C's hub sessions. 

The hub is run by Yarpole Parish Good Neighbour Scheme.
