Leaving school

It's an exciting time when you've finished your exams and you're deciding what you want to do next.  You might decide that you'd like to go to sixth form or college or perhaps you'd rather do an apprenticeship instead.  Whatever you decide to do, it has to be the right choice for you.

Your options could include:

  • Full time education at a school sixth form, college or training provider
  • An apprenticeship or traineeship
  • Part time education or training combined with either employment / self-employment or volunteering (both for 20 hours or more a week)
